Where is Tashkila located?
Tashkila's studio is in Zone 91, Al Wakrah, south of Doha, Qatar. We support productions across Qatar. Search for Tashkila Art Services on Google Maps for directions.
What does Tashkila do?
Tashkila is a production services company in Qatar. We provide art department (set design, build and dressing), a production studio, prop rental and sourcing, unit services (crew, transport and on-set support), location scouting and permissions, and event builds.
How big is the Tashkila studio?
The production hall is 25 × 17 m with 12 m of clear height and a pre-lit cyclorama measuring 12 × 7 × 5 m. A 6 × 6 m door takes vehicles and large set pieces. The studio is air-conditioned, covered by CCTV and staffed 24 hours, with production, wardrobe, hair and make-up, and green rooms.
Can the studio be used as a green screen stage?
Yes. The studio has been rigged as a green screen chroma stage, and the cyclorama can be lit in colour. Tell us what the shoot needs when you book.
Can I rent props from Tashkila?
Yes. Rent from our collection of period and modern props, from vintage televisions and rotary telephones to traditional dallah coffee sets, or ask us to source a specific piece.
